Circuit Workout.

Bored of your regular gym workout? I was feeling a bit like that this morning.

So I put my (totally unqualified personal trainer hat on) and created this beauty. 30 minute circuit blast…

50 Jumping Jacks

20 Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

20 (each leg) Alternating lunges 

15 Burpees- (with the jump)

25 Push Ups

30 Mountain Climbers

50 Crunches

Plank hold for 60 seconds

Repeated 3 times. 

I am off to yoga shortly for a stretch while balancing my mind & body! Namaste! 🙂
